We collect personal information when you visit our ROK Websites; make donations or agree to act as a sponsor or indicate an interest in donating or sponsorship; when you download information about our playbooks and toolkits through our ROK Websites; when you register to receive our newsletters about our initiatives; through invitations to join our Random Opportunities for Kindness platform accessible through www.rokindness.org (the “ROK platform”). We also collect personal information from social media channels when we are tagged in a post.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the personal information we obtain through the ROK Websites to provide information about our programs; respond to questions made through our ROK Websites; provide our playbooks and toolkits; deliver our newsletters; advertise our programs, initiatives and partnerships; contact current, former, or prospective donors and sponsors and maintain information about them in our systems; process donations and sponsorship agreements and ticket purchases.
We also use personal information about your use of our ROK Websites to monitor and improve our ROK Websites; for internal business analysis; to prevent fraud, activities that violate our Terms of Service or that are illegal; and to protect our rights and the rights and safety of our users or others.
